How it works

The Process

From your first message to your dream wedding invitation suite landing on your doorstep.

Step 1

Take a look around

Start in the lookbook and read what other couples have said. Everything there was made for one couple and one wedding, so nothing you see is a template. If a color, a shape or a scrap of lettering catches your eye, hang on to it. We will use it later.

Step 2

Price your suite

Use the calculator to build your own estimate for your wedding invitation suite. There is no call to schedule and no waiting on a quote. Change the pieces and the quantities as often as you like, until the number in front of you belongs to the suite you actually want.

Step 3

Say hello

Fill out the intake form so I can learn a little about you and your wedding. Paste your estimate into it and everything I need arrives in one place.

Step 4

Place a deposit

Once we have talked through what you are after, I will send you an invoice for the deposit. That reserves your place on the press calendar. Design work begins after the deposit is in, not before.

Step 5

Design and proofs

Send me your wording and I will start crafting the layout of your suite, beginning with the main invitation. You will get a digital mockup in your private client portal, and if anything needs changing I will happily change it. Proof rounds are unlimited. Please allow 24 hours between rounds, as the studio runs Monday through Friday. Once the invitation is settled, I will mock up the rest of the suite.

Step 6

Invoice and production

When every mockup is approved and your final addressing spreadsheet is in my hands, I will write up the final invoice. Production begins once it is paid in full. Four weeks later your suite ships from the studio by UPS 3 Day. Four weeks means 20 business days, and any holiday that falls inside that window adds a day.

Step 7

Lucky number seven

Your suite arrives on your doorstep. You do a little happy dance. Then you wait for the compliments about your gorgeous invitations to come rolling in.
